Our Wellness Workshops are transformative, interactive sessions designed to support individuals in reconnecting with themselves, building emotional resilience, and developing practical tools for personal growth and healing. Centered in Social & Emotional Learning (SEL), these workshops explore topics such as understanding emotions, managing stress, building confidence, and nurturing self-compassion — all through a trauma-informed, culturally-affirming lens.

We offer workshops for youth, adolescents, and adults, with each experience tailored to meet the unique needs of your group or organization. Whether held in schools, community centers, corporate settings, or wellness retreats, our workshops invite participants to slow down, reflect inward, and step into a deeper relationship with themselves.

Workshops are typically 60–90 minutes and include a blend of:

  • Guided self-reflection and journaling

  • Group discussion and shared dialogue

  • Skill-building exercises for emotional regulation and communication

  • Mindfulness, grounding, and somatic practices

  • Creative and culturally-relevant tools for connection and healing
