Our impact

At RUJA Holistic Co., we’re committed to healing, uplifting, and empowering young minds—one child, one family, and one community at a time. From emotional support services to community-based events, every initiative is rooted in love, purpose, and intentional action.

Youth Programming & Curriculum

We’ve designed a 10-week social-emotional learning program for 2nd–5th graders, covering:

  • Emotional regulation

  • Mindfulness & coping skills

  • Peer/social interaction skills

  • Self-awareness & confidence

We’re currently seeking school and community partners to launch this program!

Community highlights

RUJA Holistic Back-to-School Drive (2025)

We’re gearing up to host our first annual Back-to-School Drive where our goal is to provide 50 elementary school students with backpacks filled with essential school supplies, creative tools (like crayons, markers, and journals), and mindfulness items (such as affirmation cards and coloring books).

Our goal is to equip our students not only with academic materials—but with emotional and mental wellness tools they can carry into the school year and beyond.

How to support:

We’re building something special—and we can’t do it without you.
DONATIONS LIST

RUJA Holistic Christmas Toy Drive (2024)

We collected and delivered toys, books, and care items to children living in shelters and group homes—making the holidays a little brighter for those in need.

Coaching & Wellness Support

We've provided individual, group, and spiritual wellness services to young women navigating identity, confidence, and emotional healing. Our sessions offer a safe space for empowerment and transformation. We develop our own group coaching curricula, including our program "Retrain Your Brain," launching in October 2024, which focuses on mindset shifts and emotional resilience. Additionally, we launched a collaborative group program with other coaches, "4 Secrets to Building a Better Brain", in February of 2024, designed to promote mindfulness, stress management, sleep hygiene, healthy eating, and exercise.
