Adolescent coaching
At RUJA Holistic Co., our Adolescent Wellness Coaching services are designed to meet young people exactly where they are. Whether through 1:1 coaching or group programs, our approach is centered around emotional wellness, self-love and providing practical tools for emotional regulation.
We work with students ages 6–17 to help them develop a deeper understanding of themselves, navigate their emotions, and build habits that support mental and emotional balance. Coaching is strengths-based, compassionate, and trauma-informed.
1:1 Coaching
$75 per 55 minute session
Personalized support for emotional and mental wellness.
Our one-on-one adolescent coaching offers a safe and empowering space for youth to:
Explore their thoughts, feelings, and identity
Learn effective coping strategies for stress and anxiety
Improve self-confidence and self-expression
Strengthen their interpersonal and communication skills
Set personal goals and feel supported along the way
Sessions are customized to each young person’s needs and can be scheduled weekly or biweekly. Parents/guardians are involved at the start of services and updated with general progress throughout the journey during our mandatory scheduled family sessions. Family sessions are required to ensure long term effectiveness of services.
* WE PROVIDE PRP SERVICES THROUGH A PRIVATE COUNSELING PRACTICE. MEDICAID INSURANCE IS ACCEPTED FOR THIS SERVICE, BUT CHILD MUST BE ENROLLED IN THERAPY TO QUALIFY FOR THIS PROGRAM. PLEASE SPECIFY IN YOUR FORM SUBMISSION IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.
Featured Coaching Program: My Emotional Toolbox
$500 per 10 week session (payment plans available)
A 10-week small group experience for students in grades 2–5
My Emotional Toolbox is our current featured coaching program that equips students with lifelong skills for emotional regulation, resilience, and self-awareness. Through weekly sessions filled with storytelling, interactive activities, and reflection, students learn how to:
Identify and express their feelings
Build a personalized “emotional toolbox” of coping strategies
Understand their thoughts and how they impact behaviors
Develop calming practices for stress and overwhelm
Strengthen empathy, communication, and peer connection
Increase their sense of safety, self-worth, and confidence
The group meets once per week for 1 hour, in person or virtually.
